Orders

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do? 

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find the confirmation, contact us at hello@seduirefragrances.com so we can verify that your order was processed correctly.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? 

Due to our quick processing times, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Delivery

What countries do you ship to? 

We ship to all EU countries and Norway, excluding islands, Malta, Cyprus, the Channel Islands (Guernsey), the Channel Islands (Jersey), and San Marino. This ensures that our products are accessible across a wide region.

How long does delivery take? 

Delivery times vary by destination and service:

Can I track my order? 

Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected. You will receive tracking information if applicable when your order ships. For orders without tracking options, we will provide confirmation of shipment.

My order says it has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do? 

Please contact our customer service at hello@seduirefragrances.com with your order number. We will help track down your package.

Returns 

How do I return a product? 

You can return any product within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

Initiate a Return: 

Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the 'My Account' section where you can request a return. 

Return Shipping Label: 

You will receive a return shipping label via email, which you need to print out. Please note that a fee will be applied for this label, which reflects the cost of shipping and handling. 

Package and Send: 

Pack the items securely and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package. 

Inspection and Notification: 

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, ensuring a variety of options for your convenience.

When will I receive my refund after returning a product? 

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Where are our products manufactured? 

Our perfumes are proudly produced in Grasse, France, a town renowned for its long history of perfume making. Grasse is recognized as the world's capital of perfume and is included in UNESCO's list of intangible cultural heritage, reflecting the high quality and rich heritage of our production methods.

Do we have a physical store? 

No, we currently operate exclusively online to maintain the best prices and direct relationships with our customers. However, it is our dream to one day open a physical store where we can meet our customers and share our passion for perfume in person.

Why does perfume last for varying durations? 

The longevity of a perfume can vary due to several factors, including the concentration of fragrance oils, the type of scent notes used, and how the perfume interacts with your skin's natural oils. Additionally, personal factors such as the medications one takes, the phase of their menstrual cycle, and individual body chemistry also play a significant role in how long a fragrance lasts. Each person’s unique biology can affect how a scent is expressed and perceived.
