Shipping Policy for Séduire AB
Effective Date: January 2025
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. We aim to ship products according to the availability and shipping options you choose during checkout.
2. Delivery Locations
Séduire AB ships to addresses within all EU countries and Norway, excluding islands, Malta, Cyprus, the Channel Islands (Guernsey), the Channel Islands (Jersey), and San Marino. We also deliver to other international locations, but the availability of service may vary. Specific details regarding international shipping will be available during the checkout process.
3. Delivery Time
Please note that all delivery times listed below are estimated and can vary based on several factors. We strive to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Early Bird SE: 1-3 days
Bring SE: 1-2 days
Bring DK & FI: 2-3 days
Early Bird: 1-2 days
UPS Standard EU: 3-5 days
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order and the destination. The cost for shipping will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Tracking Options
Tracking options are available for certain shipping methods and destinations. You will receive a shipment confirmation email if tracking is applicable to your shipping method. This email will contain your tracking number(s) which will be active within 24 hours. For shipping methods or destinations without tracking options, we will provide confirmation of shipment, but real-time tracking may not be available.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Within the EU: For orders shipped within the European Union, all prices include VAT, and no additional customs duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery. Customers will not face extra fees upon the arrival of their products as all applicable taxes
are covered by your purchase.
Outside the EU: For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, prices may be exclusive of tax and may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees, taxes, and duties imposed by the receiving country. Séduire AB has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Note for Switzerland Customers:
The prices we list for Switzerland do not include VAT. You, as the customer, will be responsible for paying these charges directly to the Swiss authorities or your postal service when your order arrives. Additionally, customs duties may also be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer. This means your final cost may be higher than the amount you initially paid at checkout.
7. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at hello@seduirefragrances.com. We will work with you to address any issues related to damaged packages.
8. Unclaimed Orders
If you fail to claim your order at the designated pickup location and the order is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the shipping service at any time without notice. However, we will notify you in advance if your current order will be affected by changes in our shipping services.
